The invention discloses a high-pressure-resistant reverse needle valve. The valve comprises a valve body, a valve core, an elastic piece and a valve rod, wherein the surfaces of the valve core, the elastic piece and the valve rod are coated with anticorrosive coatings, and the anticorrosive coatings comprise, by weight in parts, 10-30 parts of acrylic resin, 20-40 parts of epoxy resin, 4-8 parts of curing agents, 2.5-5 parts of titanium dioxide nanofibers, 0.5-1.5 parts of coupling agents, and 30-50 parts of deionized water. The epoxy resin can be cured and cross-linked to produce a firm and stable net structure, the epoxy resin structure contains hydroxyl and ether bonds with extremely high polarity, and therefore, the coatings are excellent in heat resistance and corrosion resistance, and have good heat resistance, wear resistance, high pressure resistance and corrosion resistance effects. The titanium dioxide nanofibers have excellent corrosion resistance while capable of being usedas coating filler, and can effectively improve the corrosion resistance of the coating. In addition, the titanium dioxide nanofibers can also play a role in anchoring in the net structure, thereby further improving the stability of the coating.
