High-flux polyamide/ZIF-8 nanofiltration composite film and preparation method thereof

The invention discloses a preparation method of a high-flux polyamide / ZIF-8 nanofiltration composite film. The preparation method comprises the following steps of (1) growing a ZIF-8 type metal-organic framework material on an ultrafiltration bottom film in situ; (2) preparing a polyamide skin layer on the bottom film with ZIF-8 particles through interfacial polymerization; and (3) post-treating a primary composite film to obtain the polyamide / ZIF-8 nanofiltration composite film. A dense skin layer of the nanofiltration film consists of ZIF-8 and polyamide; by virtue of single or multiple in-situ growth, the ZIF-8 particles grow on the surface of the bottom film, and the polyamide skin layer is formed through interfacial polymerization, and the ZIF-8 particles on the surface of the bottom film are embedded into the polyamide layer. By use of a ZIF-8 multi-hole structure and a nano-grade channel size, the nanofiltration separation performance of the polyamide film of the prepared polyamide / ZIF-8 nanofiltration composite film can be improved. On the basis of the in-situ growth method, the operation of firstly synthesizing ZIF-8 and then adding into film preparation liquid is eliminated, so that the film preparation technology is simple; the performance of the polyamide / ZIF-8 film prepared by in-situ growth for multiple times is high; when the nanofiltration composite film is used for separating an inorganic salt aqueous solution system, the permeation flux can be increased; when the nanofiltration composite film is used for separating a congo red aqueous solution, the permeation flux and the retention rate can be increased at the same time.

The invention discloses a preparation method and application of a sulfonated polyether-ether-ketone-carboxylated titanium dioxide hybrid membrane. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: preparing sulfonated polyether-ether-ketone and solution of the sulfonated polyether-ether-ketone; preparing carboxylated titanium dioxide sol; mixing the carboxylated titanium dioxide sol and the solution of the sulfonated polyether-ether-ketone to perform condensation polymerization to form membrane casting solution; after standing, filtering and de-foaming the membrane casting solution, curtain coating, drying and annealing the membrane casting solution to form a membrane; and acidizing and drying the membrane to obtain the sulfonated polyether-ether-ketone-carboxylated titanium dioxide hybrid membrane. The hybrid membrane serves as a direct methanol fuel cell proton exchange membrane. The hybrid membrane has the advantages that: the preparation method is simple; nano inorganic titanium dioxide particles are uniformly distributed in the prepared membrane; a carboxyl group effectively improves the performance of the membrane; and the hybrid membrane has relatively low methanol permeability and relatively high proton conductivity.

Method for preparing tubular micro-porous filter membrane

The invention discloses a method for preparing a tubular micro-porous filter membrane. The method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing a base membrane casting solution, namely mixing a polymer, an additive and a solvent until each component is completely dissolved, standing in vacuum, and defoaming, thereby obtaining the base membrane casting solution; (2) preparing a separation layer casting membrane solution, namely mixing a polymer, an additive and a solvent until each component is completely dissolved, standing in vacuum, and defoaming, thereby obtaining the separation layer casting membrane solution; (3) preparing a base membrane, namely coating by placing the base membrane casting solution prepared in the step (1) and a non-woven fabric on a tubular coating machine, thereby obtaining the base membrane; and (4) preparing the tubular micro-porous filter membrane, namely putting the separation layer casting membrane solution prepared in the step (2) on the tubular coating machine, uniformly coating the inner surface of the base membrane prepared in the step (3) with the separation layer casting membrane solution to form a polymer seepage filter layer with concentration gradient, standing in air, immersing in a coagulating bath, and performing phase inversion separation. The prepared tubular micro-porous filter membrane is uniform in thickness, uniform in pore size distribution and complete without defects.

The invention discloses a disk tube type nanofiltration membrane which comprises a base membrane layer and a modified separation layer arranged on the surface of the base membrane layer, wherein the modified separation layer is prepared from nano oxide, an amphoteric gemini surfactant and polypiperazide; the amphoteric gemini surfactant can carry out surface treatment on the nano oxide to uniformly disperse the nano oxide and achieve a good modification effect; meanwhile, during interface polymerization, migration of the amphoteric gemini surfactant enables the nano oxide to be dispersed on the surface of the membrane more uniformly, so that the use amount of the nano oxide is reduced, and the production cost of a filtration membrane material is reduced. Furthermore, due to improvement onthe dispersivity of the nano oxide and upgrading of the performance of the amphoteric gemini surfactant to the membrane, the obtained nanofiltration membrane is high in filtration performance, can beapplied to a disk tube type system, and is good in filtration effect, high in water flux and high in desalinization rate. The invention further provides a preparation process of the disk tube type nanofiltration membrane. The preparation process is simple in step, mild in condition and suitable for industrial batch production.
