The invention relates to a
beta particle three-pole
ionization dust sensor comprising a shell, a
reference cavity and a measuring cavity, wherein the
reference cavity and the measuring cavity are arranged in the shell in parallel, the
reference cavity is formed by sealing a
peripheral wall, an upper end cover and a lower end cover, the measuring cavity is formed by enclosing a
peripheral wall, the
peripheral walls of the opposite position of the reference cavity and the measuring cavity are fixedly connected to form a public
cathode, the peripheral wall of the reference cavity is provided with a reference
anode which is insulated with the public
cathode, the peripheral wall of the measuring cavity is provided with a measuring
anode which is insulated with the public
cathode, both ends of the measuring cavity are provided with an air inlet and an air outlet, the public cathode is provided with a beta source support, and beta sources are coated on two end surfaces of the beta source support corresponding to the reference cavity and the measuring cavity respectively. The
beta particle three-pole
ionization dust sensor solves the problem that a filter film is needed by a beta particleabsorption method to measure dust, can uninterruptedly monitor dust in a long period and greatly reduce maintenance
workload; and the sealed reference cavity solves the problems of
signal drift and zero-point automatic correction of a
beta particle ionization method, has high measuring accuracy and good long-time stability and is suitable for on-line monitoring.
