The large petrochemical containers have common characteristics such as complicated structure, large geometric dimension and high manufacturing precision requirement. The method for detecting coaxiality and verticality of the large container by the optical instrument comprises the two steps of: (1) establishing a datum axis line by using a micro-alignment telescope, mounting a triangular centre bracket at a measured seal head, and reading an offset value of the bracket centre relative to the datum axis line by a micro-drumwheel; and (2) arranging a verticality measuring scale at the end face of the measured seal head, enabling an auto-collimation image to be completely superposed with a local image with an auto-collimation method when a reflector or a large reflection object in front of the telescope is vertical to the principal optical axis of the telescope, if the auto-collimation image is not superposed with the local image, adjusting the included angle between the large reflection object and the principal optical axis of the telescope to enable the auto-collimation image to be completely superposed with the local image, and computing the value of the verticality by using the scale value of a displacement graticule on the telescope and the read value of the micro-drumwheel. The invention is used for detecting the coaxiality and the verticality of the large container.

The method comprises the following steps: polychromatic light emitted by the light source enters the optical probe after being subjected to light ray coupling by the light splitting device; the polychromatic light passing through the optical probe is irradiated to a measured part for reflecting and refracting; the light which is reflected to the probe enters the spectrograph after passing through the light splitting device; the spectrograph obtains an energy curve graph of different wavelength light according to the energy analysis of returned light; and the obtained data is transmitted to a computer and calculated by a formula to obtain lens center thickness, and the lens center thickness is displayed. The optical lens center thickness measuring system and method have the advantages of simplicity, portability and precise data during measurement, the non-contact measuring method can not damage parts, and the optical lens center thickness measuring system and method are widely applied to the precise measurement of optical parts.

The monitoring method comprises two steps of calibrating the sensor and testing the water sample; and the measurement range on the chemical oxygen demand of the sensor provided by the invention is 0mg/L-50mg/L and the measurement range on the nitrogen of the nitrate is 0mg/L-7mg/L. The invention relates to a camera lens point spread function (PSF) measurement method based on single pixel imaging and can effectively improve the signal to noise ratio of PSF measurement while PSF measurement of the full field of view space variation is realized. Before measurement, firstly, a liquid crystal display (LCD) is vertically placed along an optical axis of a camera; during measurement, firstly, a base image mode required for single pixel imaging is displayed on the liquid crystal display, and the camera is utilized to take a picture; secondly, according to the single pixel imagingprinciple, an optical transmission coefficient from each point on the liquid crystal display to a single pixel on the camera image is calculated; single pixel imaging is performed on all the pixels on the camera image to obtain optical transmission coefficients of all the points on the LCD to all the pixels on the camera image; and lastly, based on the optical transmission coefficients of all thepixels on the camera image, the point spread function from any point on the liquid crystal display to the camera image is calculated. The method is advantaged in that the camera lens point spread function PSF measurement result with the higher signal-to-noise ratio than a traditional star point method can be obtained under the same camera exposure time.

The measuring method includes the following steps that (1), a series of p-type electronic grade monocrystal silicon and a series of n-type electronic grade monocrystal silicon are respectively selected as standard samples, the electrical resistivity and infrared absorption coefficients of the standard samples are respectively measured at the room temperature, and the corresponding current carrier concentration is converted according to the electrical resistivity; (2), according to measurement results in the step (1), an alpha lambda/ lambda<2> and rho p<2> standard curve of the p-type monocrystal silicon and an alpha lambda/ lambda<2> and rho p<2> standard curve of the n-type monocrystal silicon are respectively set up, wherein alpha lambda is the infrared absorption coefficients of the standard samples at the wavelength of lambda, and p and rho are the corresponding current carrier concentration and the corresponding electrical resistivity; (3), the electric conduction type of the solar energy level monocrystal silicon samples to be detected is determined, the electrical resistivity and the infrared absorption coefficients of the standard samples are respectively measured at the room temperature, and the current carrier concentration is obtained according to the corresponding standard curves in the step (2). The measuring method is easy, convenient and fast to use, high in accuracy, low in test cost and particularly suitable for the solar energy level monocrystal silicon, wherein the compensation effect exists in a substrate of the solar energy level monocrystal silicon.
