The invention discloses a one-key drainage system of an environmental sanitation vehicle and a control method thereof, only a chassis air source is adopted for air supply, air storage and pressurization are conducted through an auxiliary air tank, the number of air sources is reduced, cost and installation space are saved, an air path is divided into two paths after passing through a pressure reducing valve, and one path is used for air blowing and drainage; and the other path is conveyed into the air control box for controlling the opening or closing of a plurality of pneumatic elements in the pneumatic system, so that the multifunctional application of a single air source is realized, the structural design of the air path system is simplified, the on-off of the blowing drainage air pathis controlled by controlling the opening or closing of the electromagnetic air valve, and the control of the pneumatic system is not influenced. Absolute isolation of a gas path and a water path is achieved by pushing the water path ball valve through the air cylinder, and the situation that the pneumatic system is reversely broken down by the water path due to valve failure is avoided. Moreover,the whole air blowing and water draining operation process is controlled by an electric control system to be automatically executed, a valve does not need to be manually operated, the one-key water blowing function is achieved, and the intelligent degree is high.
