sodium hydroxide solution with the concentration of 3M to adjust the pH of the solution, and heating in a water bath at the temperature of 37-70 DEG C for 20 minutes to obtain a solution A; step 2, adding
chloroauric acid into the solution A obtained in the step 1, carrying out uniform mixing, then adding a
silver nitrate solution, carrying out uniform mixing, and heating in the water bath at the temperature of 37-70 DEG C for 0-4 hours to obtain a solution B; and storing the solution B obtained in the step 2 at the temperature of 4 DEG C to obtain the casein-protected gold and silver nanocluster. The fluorescent gold and silver nanocluster prepared by the preparation method has unique photophysical characteristics, the preparation method is simple, the stability is high, the aureomycin detection method is rapid and convenient, the detection sensitivity is high, the
detection limit is low, and the casein-protected gold and silver nanocluster is an ideal fluorescent nano material applied to the fields of
biology and
medicine.
