A MEMS damage mode rapid analysis method and system

The application discloses a MEMS damage mode rapid analysis method and system, and aims to solve the problems that a traditional MEMS mode analysis method is difficult to truly reflect the influence of service damage, or the calculation cost of full model damage analysis is too high. The method comprises the following steps: performing high-fidelity damage evolution simulation on a MEMS structure; performing CB mode reduction of a damage beam and constructing a transfer matrix; performing multi-body system discretization and constructing a MEMS system transfer equation; and solving the vibration characteristics of the MEMS system. Through a series of mutually supporting technical steps, the application systematically solves the core contradiction existing in the MEMS damage mode analysis in the prior art, and brings substantial progress and beneficial effects in the aspects of physical reality, calculation efficiency, method universality and engineering practicability.

Harmonic closed-loop transfer analysis method and system of grid-connected inverter considering broadband coupling

The present application belongs to the technical field of grid-connected inverter harmonic analysis, and specifically discloses a grid-connected inverter harmonic closed-loop transfer analysis method and system considering wideband coupling; the method comprises the following steps: respectively establishing harmonic component transfer functions of each module; based on the harmonic component transfer functions of the sampling module, the harmonic active power and the harmonic reactive power input to the power outer loop control module are calculated; based on the harmonic component transfer functions of the power outer loop control module, the harmonic current component in the reference current signal output by the power outer loop is calculated; based on the harmonic component transfer functions of the current inner loop control module, the three-phase modulation voltage harmonic component and the inverter port voltage harmonic component are obtained through coordinate inverse transformation; based on the inverter port voltage harmonic component, combined with the main circuit harmonic transfer equation, the grid-connected point harmonic current component is calculated; the present application overcomes the defects of the traditional analysis method, such as the inability to consider the full loop of closed-loop control and the insufficient consideration of wideband coupling.
