The power transmission line energy-saving capacity-increasing wire comprises a carbon fiber composite core and an aluminum wire wound outside the carbon fiber composite core, the carbon fiber composite core is formed by twisting anisolation layer outside a carbon fiber core; the carbon fiber core is formed by twisting a plurality of strands of fine carbon fiber cores; the fine carbon fiber core is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10 to 20 parts of carbon fiber, 50 to 70 parts of epoxy resin, 5 to 12 parts of polydimethylsiloxane, 1 to 8 parts of dimethyldichlorosilane, 1 to 5 parts of toluene diisocyanate, 0.1 to 5 parts of nano zinc oxide, 0.01 to 1.2 parts of polydopamine, 0.1 to 3.5 parts of curing agent and 30 to 50 parts of solvent. The energy-saving capacity-increasing wire of the power transmission line is used for reducing the direct-current resistance of the wire and increasing the current-carrying capacity of the wire.
