The invention relates to a composite material of amorphous metal and plastics, a composite shell and a preparation method of the composite material, belonging to the technical field of macromolecule engineering materials. The composite material comprises an amorphous metal layer and a plastic layer adhered with the amorphous metal layer together, wherein the thickness of the amorphous metal layer is from 5 to 150mu m, and the thickness of the plastic layer is from 0.2 to 6 mm. The composite material is prepared by adopting the preparation method comprising the following steps of: (1) adhering an amorphous metal sheet to the inner wall of an injection mould chamber, (2) injecting molten plastic into an injection port of the injection mould chamber, cooling and forming so that the amorphous metal layer and the plastic layer are adhered together to form an entire body. Through compositing plastic on the amorphous metal sheet, the composite material has the advantages of corrosion resistance, wear-resisting property, electromagnetic radiation prevention property and favorable external sensitive property of amorphous metal, and also has the characteristic of plastic, such as light weight. Meanwhile, because the amorphous metal layer is very thin, the cost of the entire composite material is rather low.
