The material pressing roller wheel mechanism comprises an upper roller wheel and a lower roller wheel which are matched with a pressing roller to squeeze the materials. The first driving motor is in driving connection with the lower roller wheel. The upper roller wheel rotates under rolling pressing driving of the lower roller wheel. A discharging opening is formed between the upper rolling wheel and the lower roller wheel. A material collecting table is arranged below the discharging opening. A material shoveling table is arranged between the discharging opening and the material collecting table. A plurality of rotatable material collecting rollers are arranged in the material collecting table. The material collecting rollers are distributed in a semi-arc shape along the section of the material collecting table. Semi-wet dry pulp roller rolls can be packaged, collected and processed automatically, a roll-shaped dry pulp bag is formed, the manufacture process and the manufacturing cost of dry pulp board manufacturing are saved, and dry pulp collecting, conveying and storing are convenient.
