wine is prepared from the following high 
anthocyanin raw materials by weight: 30-80g of black 
fungus, 30-80g of walnut kernel, 100-190g of 
black rice, 120-180g of black bean, 120-180g of Chinese date, 400-600g of Chinese wolfberry, 1,000-2,000g of black sesame and 700-900g of mulberry. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: S1, baking the black beans, the 
black rice and the black sesame at 140-170 DEG C, and then sieving the black beans, the 
black rice and the black sesame through a 20-30 mesh 
sieve; crushing walnuts to obtain the walnut kernels; S2, placing Chinese dates after the seeds of the Chinese dates are removed, the black
