The structure of the optical fiber Fabry-Perot pressure sensor mainly comprises an optical fiber, an elastic diaphragm, a sensor body and a miniature spring. Two methods and an alternative method can be adopted to form a Fabry-Perot cavity and fabricate the sensor. The elastic diaphragm and the sensing optical fiber are tightly contacted in a plane-sphere point contact manner; when the outside pressure is changed to cause the deformation of the elastic diaphragm, the diaphragm can drive the optical fiber to axially move in the sensor body, so that the length of the Fabry-Perot cavity of the optical fiber is changed; after a broadband light source is connected, by scanning the spectrum of the light passing through the optical fiber Fabry-Perot pressure sensor or extracting low-coherence interference fringes, the change of the cavity length can be extracted, and thereby pressure information can be obtained. In the method, firstly about 90% dust particles are removed in the dry dust remover by dry dust removal, then wet desulphurization dust removal is carried out in the venturi and the desulfurization purification tower for many times, and finally dehydration, dehumidify and discharge are carried out in the centrifugal hydroextractor. The wear of flue gas on the device is reduced with high dust removal efficiency and the invention enjoys good desulfurization effect, stable property, long service life and easy operation, thus thoroughly overcoming the disadvantages of easy corrosive wear of other desulfurization dust-removal devices.

According to the invention, the problem of difficult use of machine-made sand with large amount in the grouting material production is solved; the product has the advantages of high early strength, light expansion, no shrinkage and the like; and the preparation method has the advantages of simple process, low cost, and no secondary pollution. The invention can be widely applied for anchoring foundation bolt, embedding steel bar secondary grouting of device, reinforcing the beams, plates, columns and floors of buildings and the like, having a wide application range.

A rotary valve of a rotating fluid machine is constructed by bringing, into contact on sliding faces, a moving valve plate and a stationary valve plate, and high pressure working medium passages and low pressure working medium passages penetrate mating faces of a valve body and the stationary valve plate. By sealing the outer circumference of the mating faces with a first sealing member and sealing the circumference of the low pressure working medium passages with a second sealing member inside the first sealing member in the radial direction, the pressure of a high pressure working medium leaking out of the high pressure working medium passages to the mating faces is caused to act on substantially the whole area of the mating faces, thereby preventing local deformation of the stationary valve plate and ensuring close contact between the sliding faces.
