The invention relates to airborne test system and method for oxygen concentration of an airplane fuel tank on the basis of electrochemistry principles. The system is composed of eight channels, whichare divided into two groups by four in each group. Each group is composed of a cabinet A and a cabinet B and is equipped with four channels. Each group is also equipped with four oxygen content monitoring devices and is also correspondingly matched with a sample collection subsystem, a data collection and processing subsystem, an assistant subsystem and a power subsystem. The test method of the test system mainly includes four steps: work preparation, calibration of the test system, sample gas detection, and system reset. In the invention, after the work preparation and calibration are completed on ground, to-be-tested gas is automatically sampled and processed until input requirement of the oxygen content monitoring devices is reached; and then oxygen concentration in a non-oil space in the airplane fuel tank or pipelines of an inerting system during the whole flight can be analyzed, collected and recorded in real time; on the basis of the data, the intering effect of the inerting system of the airplane fuel tank can be evaluated. The method utilizes the programmable chip to perform up-sample processing on part of the sound signals, increases the sampling efficiency under lower PRF without increasing the cashe, and reduces the distortion of DAC inband high frequency signals so as to improve the Doppler sound quality.
