The algorithm comprises the following steps: flatly placing a plurality of coarse cereal crop grains to be detected and a coin with the standard size, placing under a red LED backlight source, and acquiring projection images of the coarse cereal crop grains to be detected and the coin with the standard size; converting the projection images into grayscale images, and then converting the grayscale images to binary images and negatives thereof; drawing the minimal circumscribed rectangles of all the coarse cereal crop grains to be detected so as to obtain the length size values and the width size values of the minimal circumscribed rectangles under the projection images; linearly placing the plurality of coarse cereal crop grains to be detected and the coin with the standard size, placing under the red LED backlight source, acquiring side view images of the coarse cereal crop grains to be detected and the coin with the standard size, and then obtaining the vertical size values, namely the height size values, of the minimal circumscribed rectangles under the side view images. Through the technical scheme adopted by the invention, the problems of large measurement error and low efficiency caused by manual measurement in the conventional technology for measuring the triaxial sizes of the coarse cereal crop grains can be solved.

The invention relates to a filter stick measuring table, a nondestructive measurement device and a method for the length of segmented rods of a filter stick. The nondestructive measurement device comprises the filter stick measuring table, an imaging device and a controller. The filter stick measuring table comprises a bearing device and a light sealing outer shell. The bearing device comprises a bearing groove for enabling filter stick to be placed horizontally. A light guide groove is arranged below the bearing groove. A strong-light linear light source is arranged at the bottom of the light guide groove along the length direction of the light guide groove. The strong-light linear light source is welded on a printed circuit board (PCB). According to the nondestructive measurement device, a light transmission method is mainly adopted, a highlight light source is utilized to irradiate the filter stick. Due to the fact that the absorption strength of different filter stick segments to light rays, an imaging method is used for catching the light intensity weakened through transmission. The image gray values corresponding to the different filter stick segments are different. The length of the gray segments can be measured though an image, and then the length of each filter stick segment of the filter stick can be obtained. Consequently, the nondestructive measurement of the length of each filter stick segment of the filter stick is achieved.

Method and system for nondestructively measuring wood density

The present invention discloses a method and a system for nondestructive measurement of the density of a wood, and belongs to the technical field of measurement. The method comprises: obtaining a microwave band adapted to the density of an attribute-known wood to be measured; measuring the wood to be measured by using the microwave in the microwave band; calculating the dielectric constant of the wood to be measured according to the reflected microwave signal returned from the wood to be measured; and calculating the density of the wood to be measured according to the model of the relationship between the wood density and the dielectric constant of the wood and the model parameter corresponding to the attribute. The system comprises a probe, a microwave signal transmitting and receiving module, a data processing module, a man-machine interface and a control module. With the system and the method of the present invention, the advantages of nondestructive measurement of wood density, wide measurement range, rapid measurement, manpower saving, material resource saving and measurement accuracy improving can be provided.
