The invention provides a control method of a double-telescopic
system. The control method comprises the specific steps that S1, a telescopic three-position seven-way
reversing valve reverses, and a telescopic crane stretches out of a suspension arm; s2.1, the
winch control module controls and limits reversing of a first two-position two-way
reversing valve; s2.2, an oil drainage port of the telescopic three-position seven-way
reversing valve is communicated with an oil way between the
oil tank; s2.3, the
oil tank continues to supply oil to the first-stage telescopic oil cylinder and the second-stage telescopic oil cylinder through the telescopic three-position seven-way reversing valve; s2.4, redundant hydraulic oil flows back to the
oil tank through the limiting first two-position two-way reversing valve; s3, reversing the overload three-position seven-way reversing valve, and conveying hydraulic oil to a
winch control module by an oil tank; s4, the
winch control module controls the
mooring rope to descend, and the
mooring rope is lifted after
hooking the goods; s5.1, overloading a second two-position two-way reversing valve for reversing; s5.2, the overload first two-position two-way reversing valve performs reversing; s5.3, the oil tank continues to supply oil to the winch control module; s5.4, redundant hydraulic oil flows back to the oil tank from the overload first two-position two-way reversing valve; and S6, the double-telescopic crane transfers the goods, and conveying is completed.
