The invention discloses a solid-core polymer foaming building template and a production method thereof. The solid-core polymer foaming building template comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 40-60% of recyclable PVC door-window waste, 20-30% of PVC-8 type resin, 3-10% of CPE-135A, 1-4% of heat stabilizer, 0.2-0.8% of PE-WAX, 0.3-0.8% of silicon dioxide, 0.1-0.6% of carbon cellulose, 1-4% of alkali-free glass fiber, 0.2-0.5% of stearic acid, 0.5-2.5% of monostearin, 0.5-2.5% of aluminate, 5-14% of light calcium carbonate, 0.2-1.3% of a foaming stabilizer, 0.5-1.5% of a foaming conditioner, 0.1-0.3% of a white foaming agent and 0.2-1.2% of a yellow foaming agent. The production method comprises the steps of mixture preparation, extrusion molding, cooling and traction, and the building template is produced in mold sizing according to required template length after the traction. Through the adoption of the solid-core polymer foaming building template, the PVC door-window waste coming from a recycling market accounts for about 50% of the formula, and other new chemical materials only account for about 50%, the component proportion in the formula is proper, the product is energy-saving and environment-friendly, and the aim of recycling the resource is achieved.
