According to the system, the bottom part of the chimneyis provided with the ejector device, so that the system forms negative pressure at the position of the chimney under the condition of natural ventilation to overcome flow resistance of a flue duct; meanwhile, interlocking control is performed on the pipeline regulating valve and the furnace negative pressure, and closed-loop regulation can be performed on the negative pressure at the position ofthe chimney according to a cooling curve, and then, the temperature drop rate of the boiler is regulated, and thus, the problem that the cooling rate cannot be accurately controlled during rapid cooling of the boiler when the boiler is shut down, and during conventional natural ventilation cooling is effectively solved.

Preparation method of stable-state chlorine dioxide solution of food additive

The invention discloses a preparation method of a stable-state chlorine dioxide solution of a food additive. The method comprises the following steps of: (1) preparing a sodium chlorate aqueous solution, extracting the sodium chlorate aqueous solution into a reaction kettle which is provided with an opening tube by using a water jet vacuum system, and heating to 50 to 60 DEG C; (2) diluting a concentrated sulphuric acid, mixing the concentrated sulphuric acid and methanol into a sulphuric acid methanol solution, and adding the sulphuric acid methanol solution into the reaction kettle in the step (1) for reaction; (3) supplying power by using the water jet vacuum system, cooling chlorine dioxide gas which is generated by the reaction in the step (2) by using a water cooler, and then carrying out further separation and purification in a gas liquid separator; and (4) preparing an absorption solution by adding water into the sodium carbonate of the food additive, sodium hydroxide and hydrogen peroxide, and absorbing the chlorine dioxide gas which is obtained in the step (3) by the absorption solution by using a two-stage absorption tower. The method has the advantages that: the process is feasible, short in flow, simple in operation, low in energy consumption and applicable to preparation of the stable-state chlorine dioxide solution of the food additive which meets an international standard under the conditions of all scales.

The device comprises a rigid partition plate arranged between two supersonic flows; and jet flow holes are formed in the rear edge of the partition plate and are used for injecting jet flow. According to the supersonic flow mixing device based on the partition plate rear edge jet flow disturbance, an independent channel is provided for the two supersonic air flows based on the partition plate, and the jet flow is injected through the jet flow holes formed in the rear edge of the partition plate. Under the disturbance of the jet flow of the partition plate, the flow of a mixing layer is unstable in advance, a large-scale vortex structure of the mixing layer is broken into a large number of small-scale vortex structures, and the contact area of upper and lower air flows can be effectively increased in the downstream evolution process so as to realize efficient mixing.
