A hinge includes a housing, a lower bracket, an upper bracket, and a stopper. The housing is formed with a locking groove. The lower bracket is hingedly connected to the housing and rotatable about a lower axis relative to the housing. The upper bracket is hingedly connected to the housing and rotatable about an upper axis relative to the housing, and is rotatably connected to the lower bracket and rotatable synchronously and reversely relative to the housing. The stopper includes a stopper block, a spring arm connected to the stopper block, and a locking block protruded from a side of the spring arm opposite to the stopper block. The stopper block is used to limit the rotation angle of the lower bracket and the upper bracket. The locking block is unlockably locked in the locking groove to fix the stopper to the housing. The locking block can be operated to drive the spring arm to be bent and deformed to be separated from the locking groove.
