The invention discloses a multi-frequency ultrasonic parallel radiation gas-liquid mass-transfer reaction device, which comprises a compressor, a gas buffer tank, a gas flowmeter, a distributing plate, an ultrasonic bubbling reaction tower, a double-conductivity probe, a liquid-phase inlet, a liquid flowmeter, an air inlet, a thermometer, a drain outlet, a discharge hole, a liquid seal, a bubble characteristic parameter measuring instrument, an ultrasonic transducer and connecting pipes. When the device disclosed by the invention is used, a liquid phase enters the ultrasonic bubbling reactiontower through a liquid-phase inlet at the upper end of the ultrasonic bubbling reaction tower prior to the beginning of a reaction and is discharged from the discharge hole at the lower end of the ultrasonic bubbling reaction tower so as to form a continuous flow; and a gas phase enters the ultrasonic bubbling reaction tower from the bottom of the ultrasonic bubbling reaction tower through the distributing plate to form an overall counterflow with the liquid phase and react the mass-transfer reaction. The device disclosed by the invention has the characteristics of large and adjustable ultrasonic power range, large and evenly-distributed acoustic intensity density, high and visualized energy utilization ratio, capability of being in butted joint with other measuring instruments so as to carry out data real-time acquisition and monitoring treatment and the like.
