The invention relates to a three-channel sprayer nozzle of a novel structure. The sprayer nozzle comprises a quartz tube, an air channel, a tee joint, an electrode wire elastic head, an air inlet pipe locking screw head, an air inlet tube, an electrode wire locking screw head, a high-pressure locking screw head, a high-voltage wire, a high-voltage electrode, a liquid inlet tube, a liquid inlet tube locking screw head, a quartz tube elastic head, a quartz tube locking screw head and an electrode wire. Air inlet component, liquid inlet components and high voltage applying components are all arranged on the tail portion of the tee joint, three hollow screw heads, that is the air inlet tube locking screw head, the liquid inlet tube locking screw head and the electrode wire locking screw head, are distributed on the tee joint in a mutually angled mode, and the air inlet tube, the liquid inlet tube and the electrode are introduced into the tee joint through center holes of the three screw heads. The sprayer nozzle is compact in structure and small in size, is mainly used for desorption atmospheric pressure chemical ionization and is especially suitable for small direct mass spectrometry.
