solid garbage is centralized, and large piece 
impurity removing is conducted firstly; B, after 
impurity removing, the garbage is subjected to first-level crushing and crushed into pieces with the grain size below 40 mm, and iron removing and 
winnowing are conducted; C, materials enter the second-level 
crushing procedure, and the materials are subjected to fine crushing; and D, after fine crushing, the materials enter a screening procedure, and the materials are screened into three continuous grades including 5-10 mm, 10-20 mm and 20-40 mm according to the grain size. Movable equipment is adopted for aggregate crushing, and 
noise is low; finished aggregate is placed in a totally-closed 
silo; dust is prevented from being raised up through a conveying belt and a protection cover; at the dust releasing point, an advanced PPDC is adopted, and the dust removing efficiency is high; due to the workshop partition wall design, 
noise elimination treatment is conducted on the surfaces of double 
layers of walls, and 
noise elimination materials are arranged in a lining manner so as to prevent noise from being diffused; and large-area green belts are planted on the periphery of a 
plant, the 
noise elimination and dust suction functions are achieved, and the environment of the 
plant can be beautified as well.
