The invention provides a plurality of micromolecular fluorescent probes DAC, DBC, DCC, DDC, DEC, DFC, DGC, DHC and DIC for targeted detection of pyrethroid pesticides based on coumarin derivatives, when the probes act with the pyrethroid pesticides, the fluorescence becomes strong from weak, and the fluorescence intensity is significantly enhanced in a certain range. Fluorescence performance tests show that the coumarin derivative-based micromolecular fluorescent probe pyrethroid pesticide has good linear response, and has good stability and strong anti-interference capability under different pH, temperature, salt concentration and illumination conditions. According to the actual sample detection principle, the pyrethroid pesticide in crops is detected, the detection limit is as low as 9.7 pM, the adding standard recovery rate is 99%-102%, and the results are consistent with those of a liquid chromatography method and an on-site rapid detection method. Therefore, the fluorescent probe provided by the invention has a good application prospect.

The invention provides a method for determining pesticide residues in medicinal and edible substances through homogeneous liquid-liquid microextraction, which is characterized in that green, rapid and efficient homogeneous liquid-liquid microextraction is carried out on pyrethroid pesticides in the medicinal and edible substances, and 2-methyltetrahydrofuran is used as an extracting agent; the method comprises the following steps: dissolving an extraction agent in a sample solution to make the extraction agent fully contact with the pyrethroid pesticide, and adding ammonium sulfate to separate the extraction agent from the sample solution so as to complete the extraction of the pyrethroid pesticide. The whole extraction process takes less than 1 minute, and no extra extraction or centrifugal equipment is needed. And carrying out quantitative analysis by adopting a high performance liquid chromatography. The method has the advantages of being environmentally friendly, rapid in operation, high in efficiency and the like, the bio-based solvent is introduced to serve as a substitute of a toxic solvent acetonitrile, the limitation of extraction agent selection in homogeneous phase liquid-liquid microextraction is solved, the homogeneous phase liquid-liquid microextraction method with more excellent performance is developed, and the method is suitable for industrial production. The present application belongs to the technical field of insecticide by-products, and provides a method for recycling by-products of pyrethrum ester refining products. The recycling method comprises the following steps: (1) collecting by-products; (2) detoxification treatment: the by-products are treated with high-temperature steam and then cooled to obtain pretreated residues; the pretreated residues are mixed with an ethanol aqueous solution and then ultrasonically extracted; after the extraction is completed, the solid-liquid centrifugal separation is performed to obtain preliminarily detoxified residues; the preliminarily detoxified residues are mixed with a solution of complex enzymes and then enzymolyzed, followed by filtration to obtain deeply detoxified residues; (3) drying treatment: the deeply detoxified residues are dried to obtain pretreated residues; and (4) biomass particle preparation: the pretreated residues are granulated after being added with auxiliary materials, and then cooled and sieved to obtain biomass particles. The recycling method can convert the biomass components in the solid residues generated after the pyrethrum ester refining into biomass energy, which can not only solve the problem of by-product treatment and reduce environmental pollution, but also realize resource recycling and create economic value.
