The invention discloses double-wall-material microencapsulated red phosphorus, a preparation method thereof and a flame-retardant wood-plastic composite. The preparation method comprises the followingsteps: putting microencapsulated red phosphorus powder coated with melamine resin, a dispersing agent and water into a four-neck flask, heating the mixture to 50-60 DEG C, and performing stirring anddispersing; preparing a 10% solution of magnesium sulfate heptahydrate, and slowly adding the solution to the four-necked flask; preparing a 10% solution of sodium carbonate, adding the solution dropwise to the four-necked flask, stopping adding dropwise when pH reaches 8-10, stirring the mixture continuously for 2 hours, and performing cooling, filtering and drying to obtain double-wall-materialmicroencapsulated red phosphorus. Wood meal treated by a coupling agent, a plastic substrate, double-wall microencapsulated red phosphorus, a lubricant and a smoke suppressant are mixed sufficientlyat a speed of 100-150 rpm for 30-60 minutes; the mixture is subjected to extrusion and granulation by a double-screw extruder, and then a product enters an injection molding machine or a plate vulcanizing machine for molding. Flame retardancy of the wood-plastic composite is improved by the obtained double-wall-material microencapsulated red phosphorus.
