The silicon pixel detector with the single-sided cathode of the spiral ring structure forms a silicon pixel detector array with the single-sided cathode of the spiral ring structure. The effective working area of the detector is reduced, and the advantage of low capacitance of the detector is ensured.

The invention provides a three-layer fan blade and an air circulation fan. The forward directivity of the air flow direction is effectively ensured, the concentration and uniformity of the air flow can still be kept at the position of 1 m blowing, and the air blown out of the circulation fan can penetrate farther.
