The invention discloses a
flame-retardant plastic woven bag. The
flame-retardant plastic woven bag is prepared from the raw materials in parts by weight: 70 to 90 parts of
polypropylene resin particles, 20 to 25 parts of
polytetrafluoroethylene particles, 20 to 25 parts of
flame-retardant master batch, 10 to 15 parts of nano
calcium carbonate, 4 to 5 parts of dimethicone, 3 to 4 parts of couplingagent, 0.5 to 1 part of
antioxidant, and 0.5 to 1 part of nano CrB6H6 clusters. The invention also discloses a preparation process of the plastic woven bag. The preparation process comprises the stepsof mixing,
drying, extruding, forming a film, drawing wires, reeling, weaving, forming a bag and the like. The flame-retardant plastic woven bag of the invention adopts the
polypropylene resin as a base material to be mixed with the
polytetrafluoroethylene and the flame-retardant master batch, so that the plastic woven bag has excellent flame-retardant performance, the flame-retardant performanceconforms to the standard of the
coal industry, the plastic woven bag can be widely used for packaging a chemical product, ores, chemical
fertilizer,
cement and food, and can also store flammable substances and combustibles; and the preparation process of the invention is simple, and by reasonably controlling the parameters such as temperature, time, shrinkage ratio and the like, the woven bag ishigh in tensile strength and good in falling performance.
