fiber cotton comprises, by
mass, 15% to 25% of nanosized mesoporous
silicon dioxide hollow fibers, 10% to 20% of
skin core type low-melting-point
polylactic acid fibers and 35% to 70% of nanofibers. Nanometer
far infrared ceramic powder is added to a functional
adhesive and the blending ratio of a nanometer ZnO material to a nanometer MgO material is 35 / 65. The thickness of the finished product ranges from 2 mm to 6 mm and the weight ranges from 120 g / m<2> to 160 g / m<2>. The internal
diameter of each hollow tube of the nanosized mesoporous
silicon dioxide hollow fibers ranges from about 0.5 micron to 1 micron, the tube wall thickness is about 0.5 micron, the length of each
fiber can reach 50 microns, and the good
heat stability is guaranteed through the large specific surface area and the large hole wall thickness. A nanometer material has the advantages of being capable of achieving the
special effects of resisting
ultraviolet rays and absorbing visible light and
infrared rays, resistant to aging, high in strength and tenacity, good in conductive and static
shielding effect, high in antibacterial function and deodorization function and adsorption capacity and the like. The finished product is light, thin and soft in texture, excellent in elasticity and higher in heat preservation performance and
radiation performance, and the use heat preservation performance and social and
economic benefits of the chemical fiber cotton are improved.
