System and method for coplanarity measurement of ic pins with multi-stage reflection and grating imaging

The invention discloses a system and a method for measuring the coplanarity of integrated circuit (IC) pins through multistage reflection and raster imaging. The system mainly comprises an IC chip dead load slant sliding feed mechanism, an external triggering synchronous control circuit, an IC chip pin imagingoptical path system, an image acquisition card and a personal computer (PC)-based intelligent visual inspection system. The IC chip pin imaging optical path system consists of two groups of mutually independent quasi-parallel blue-light light-emitting diode (LED) light sources, two rasters, and a plurality of reflectors and prisms which areorganically combined. A raster stripe images detected from the IC chip pins can be acquired throughthe imaging optical path system; and an image acquisition and analysis software system analyzes the images of the IC chip pins with raster stripes, evaluates the isometry of the pins in the images and the torsional characteristic of the raster stripes, and calculates a corresponding coplanarity error according to a corresponding f function mapping relation between a coplanarity error and the raster stripe curved degree. By the system and the method, two rows of pins of an IC chip are simultaneously imaged, the IC chip pins can be precisely detected through one-time imaging, the structure is compact, and the cost performance is high.

A Method for Detecting Structural Defects in Composite Materials Using Surface Resonance Visualization Technology

The invention provides a method for detecting the structural defect of a composite material by using a surface resonance visualization technology. The method comprises: uniformly spreading powder particles or a viscous substance on the surface of a standard composite material, and making the standard composite material produce vibration by using excitation oscillation; generating resonance under the action of a certain frequency so as to make the powder particles or the viscous substance form a specific pattern on the surface of the standard composite material; recording the resonance frequency of the standard composite material and the pattern formed at the resonance frequency; uniformly spreading the same powder particles or the same viscous substance on the surface of a composite material to be detected, making the composite material to be detected produce vibration by using excitation oscillation, and recording the pattern produced by the powder particles or the viscous substance on the surface of the composite material to be detected at the resonance frequency; and comparing the two patterns, and judging whether the composite material to be detected has the structural defect.According to the present invention, with the method, the structural defect of the composite material can be rapidly, simply and completely detected, and the method has wide application prospect in thenondestructive material detection field in the future.

Method for detecting shortage of products packaged by aluminum foil by microwave and detector thereof

The invention discloses a microwave detection method for missed aluminum foil packages and a detector thereof. Missing of objects in an entire box or bag is judged, and whether the aluminum foil package is missed or not is judged through appropriate electrical signal output by utilizing the reflection and transmission characteristics of microwave signals in specific frequency to different objects, and by detecting the amplitude phase characteristic of echo signals. The signal of the oscillator of the detector enters the arm E of a magic T via an isolator, divided into two equiamplitude inversion signals, and respectively transmitted to two antennas through the two main arms of the magic T, two narrow beams are formed and respectively transmitted into two detected pieces in a detected box,and the reflected wave generated by the two detected pieces enters the two antennas. Because a phase shifter is arranged between one of the main arm of the magic T and the antennas, and hollow wave guide is arranged between the other main arm and the antennas, the two echo signals can return to the two main arms of the magic T in phase by adjusting the phase shift amount of the phase shifter, andcan be combined into one signal which is then output by the arm H of the magic T and enters a wave detector. The invention has the advantages of precise detection, convenient carrying, no radiation and no hazard of noise.
