The invention relates to a formula and a fertilizing process for naturally increasing the fragrance of the grains of Huanghuazhan paddy rice. The fertilizing formula comprises MgCl2 5.52+/-0.83 Kg/mu, MnCl2 8.53+/-1.28 Kg/mu, CuCl2 1.49+/-0.22 Kg/mu, ZnCl2 2.16+/-0.32 Kg/mu, molybdic acid 0.24+/-0.04 Kg/mu, citric acid 3.91+/-0.58 Kg/mu, tartaric acid 3.91+/-0.58 Kg/mu, malic acid 3.91+/-0.58 Kg/mu, and sugar cane bagasse 460+/-69 Kg/mu. The fertilizing method comprises the steps that: when a rice field is plowed, sugar cane bagasse is uniformly mixed with a topsoil layer according to an amount of 460Kg/mu; during seedling transplanting, 15 Kg/mu of KCl, 15 Kg/mu of urea, and 100 Kg/mu of calcium-magnesium-phosphorous is applied; and (3) at a mid-tillering stage, 5.5 Kg/mu of MgCl2, 8.53 Kg/mu of MnCl2, 1.49 Kg/mu of CuCl2, 2.16 Kg/mu of ZnCl2, 0.24 Kg/mu of molybdic acid, 3.91 Kg/mu of citric acid, 3.91 Kg/mu of tartaric acid, and 3.91 Kg/mu of malic acid which are uniformly mixed by using water are applied. With the process, plant C/N, N/S and nutrient ratio can be controlled, the fragrance of common Huanghuazhan paddy rice grains can be naturally increased. Therefore, regional limitation of fragrant rice production and planting is overcome.
