The invention provides a microseismic-shearing-seepage coupling testing device and experiment method, and relates to the technical field of experiment testing. The device comprises a barrel, a monitoring system and a pressure control system, wherein a confining pressure cavity, an axial compression piston and a gas injection chamber are arranged in the barrel; a rubber piston is arranged in the confining pressure cavity; the axial compression piston is provided with a shear displacement meter; a gas pipe plunger, an electric heating wire, a stress sensor, a microseismic sensor and a clamping device are arranged in the gas injection chamber; the monitoring system comprises a strain monitoring system, a temperature monitoring system, a microseismic monitoring system and a flow monitoring system; and the pressure control system comprises a gas cylinder, a control valve, a gas pipe and a flowmeter. By use of the device, microseismic event numbers, shear displacement, permeability and the like in a constant-temperature constant-pressure loading process can be recorded, a corresponding relationship between the microseismic-shear displacement and a rate is analyzed, and data fitting is carried out to obtain a corresponding relationship of microseismic-pore pressure-permeability. Each above parameter is used, and especially a relationship between microseism and the permeability is usedfor guiding the prediction of coal bed gas capacity in engineering application.
