The invention relates to a method for synthesizing mesoporous
titanium dioxide by adding a template agent through ultrasonic
coupling microwaves. The method is characterized in that the template agentis added, so that the mesoporous size is reduced and the product
dispersity is improved under the ultrasonic action. And the
dispersity of
titanium dioxide is maintained through
microwave heating. The prepared particles are small in size and good in
dispersity and have an ordered and controllable mesoporous structure, and the photocatalytic performance of the particles is improved. The method comprises the following steps: preparing a 0.045-0.18 g / L NaOH solution, preparing a
mixed solution of a certain amount of tetrabutyl
titanate, 0.1 g of a template agent and a certain amount of absoluteethyl
alcohol, dripping the
mixed solution into the NaOH solution under the conditions that the
reaction temperature is 20 DEG C-80 DEG C, the ultrasonic
power density is 0.077 W / mL-0. 385W / mL, the ultrasonic
operation mode is intermittent operation, the operation period is 5-20 seconds of ultrasonic operation and 25-10 seconds of no ultrasonic operation, and the time for the ultrasonic operationis 7-30 minutes; and after dropping, transferring the obtained precursor into a
microwave reactor, conducting reacting under the conditions that the
microwave power density is 1 W / mL- 2.5 W / mL and themicrowave temperature and time are certain, and obtaining the mesoporous
titanium dioxide after the reaction.
