This invention provides an oral hydrogel microsphere for targeted intestinal inhibition of gout, its preparation method, and its application, belonging to the field of biomedical technology. The preparation method of the oral hydrogel microsphere of this invention includes the following steps: (1) dissolving uricase and dopamine in sodium alginate solution, controlling the concentration of uricase to 10-20 U / mg and the concentration of dopamine to 0.01-0.1 g / ml, and then dispersing by ultrasound; (2) placing the solution obtained in step (1) in a microfluidic device, and using gas microfluidic technology, shearing the solution into uniform droplets under the action of nitrogen flow; (3) dropping the droplets obtained in step (2) into calcium chloride solution, and cross-linking to form the oral hydrogel microsphere for targeted intestinal inhibition of gout. In the method, biochar and alkaline salt are added to kitchen waste slurry for anaerobic fermentation to obtain L-lactic acid. In the method, the synergistic effect of biochar and alkaline salt accelerates the decomposition of substrate, shortens the fermentation period, solves the acid inhibition problem, significantly improves the lactic acid yield and the purity of L-lactic acid, and is simple to operate, with controllable and easily available raw materials, thereby significantly reducing the cost and providing a new feasible path for the large-scale production of L-lactic acid.
