The bacterial agent is simple in preparation process, short in fermentation period, low in cost and beneficial to industrial production and transport.

Peony essential oil extraction method

The invention discloses a peony essential oil extraction method. The method comprises the following steps: 1, picking fresh peony flowers, loading the peony flowers while picking, and loading the peony flowers into a constant-temperature vehicle for transportation; 2, conveying the peony flowers into a pretreatment workshop, and removing pedicels, receptacles, stamens and pistils to obtain pure peony petals; 3, directly conveying the pure peony petals into an extraction tank without crushing, drying, grinding and other treatments, and carrying out extraction to obtain a peony flower extractionpaste; and 4, injecting the extraction paste into a distillation tank, and carrying out reduced pressure distillation to obtain peony flower essential oil. The fresh peony flowers which are just picked are used as the raw material, and low temperature is kept in the transportation process, so that the quality of the peony flowers is guaranteed before extraction, and the problems of excessive dehydration and deterioration of the peony flowers are avoided; butane or propane is used as a fluid, and anhydrous ethanol is used as an entrainer for extraction, so that the extraction efficiency and the oil yield are improved; and the anhydrous ethanol is used for reduced pressure distillation to well separate out the peony essential oil, and the anhydrous ethanol can be recycled to realize environmental protection and energy conservation.
