The invention relates to a detection instrument for the
bonding strength of a ferromagnetic
coating of remanufactured parts. The detection instrument comprises a load driving mechanism, a control device, a detection device and a supporting mechanism, wherein the load driving mechanism comprises a
servo motor as a power device, a transmission mechanism, and a pressure head
assembly connected with the transmission mechanism, the
servo motor is arranged on one end surface of a driving mechanism shell, the transmission mechanism comprises a screw and a nut moving sleeve, the screw is connected with the
servo motor, and a pressure spring, a pressure-bearing annular
washer and a
force transducer are sequentially arranged on one side of the nut moving sleeve; one side of the
force transducer is adjoined with a pressure head seat, the pressure head
assembly is embedded in the pressure head seat, a pressure head is embedded in the tip end of the pressure head
assembly, and the nut moving sleeve and the pressure-bearing annular
washer are arranged in the driving mechanism shell in a
peripheral fixed axial sliding manner; the detection device comprises the
force transducer, a
magnetic memory probe on a loading platform, and a
magnetic memory signal acquisition device; the control device controls the servo motor to run. The detection instrument has the advantages of being simple in structure, and accurate and stable in detection.
