The invention discloses an ozone reaction system, comprising an ozone reaction tower and an ozone machine, wherein the ozone reaction tower comprises a mixing chamber, a jet pump, a main gas inlet pipe and a drainage pipe, a water inlet of the jet pump is communicated with a circulating water outlet, and a water outlet of the jet pump is communicated with a circulating water inlet through an inner circulating pipeline; a gas-water jet mixer is arranged on the inner circulating pipeline, a gas outlet of the main gas inlet pipe is communicated with a gas inlet pipe of the gas-water jet mixer, and a gas inlet of the main gas inlet pipe is communicated with an ozone output port of the ozone machine; and an ORP (Oxidation-Reduction Potential) probe is arranged at a drainage port of the drainage pipe and is used for sending a detected ORP value to an electric control system, and the electric control system is used for controlling the oxygen supply amount of the ozone machine according to the magnitude of the received ORP value. By utilizing the ozone reaction system disclosed by the invention, ozone and culture water can be rapidly and sufficiently mixed so as to achieve the purposes ofinhibiting scale, removing scale, sterilizing, removing algae, preventing corrosion and stabilizing water quality, in addition, second pollution caused by water treatment can also be avoided.
