The residual life predication method comprises the following steps of: building an electromigration life model of an MOS (metal oxide semiconductor) device; according to the current density and the first environment temperature as well as the electromigration life model under the preset normal working condition, obtaining the life T1 of normal electromigration failure; according to a target prognostic point T2, a second environment temperature and the electromigration life model, obtaining current density stress; inputting the current density stress into an MOS device electromigration failure early warning circuit based on a prognostic cell; if the MOS device electromigration failure early warning circuit based on the prognostic cell processes the current density stress for time T3, outputting a high electrical level; and according to T1, T2 and T3, obtaining the residual life of the electromigration failure corresponding to T2. The invention also provides a residual life predication device for the electromigration failure, which has the characteristics that the reliability on predicting the residual life of the electromigration failure of the MOS device can be improved, the prediction efficiency is improved, and the cost is lowered.

The invention discloses fixed and mobile broadband fused access network architecture. The architecture comprises a central office, multiple wavelength division multiplexing loops and a PON (Passive Optical Network) access module. The central office comprises a plurality of upper linkage units and a resource pool. Each wavelength division multiplexing loop comprises a loop local end unit and multiple loop far end units. The PON access module comprises an ODN and ONUs. The upper linkage units are communicated with a core network. The resource pool virtualizes functions such as an OLT (optical line terminal), CPE (Customer Premise Equipment), a BAS (Broadband Access Server) and a BBU (Building Baseband Unit) based on an NFV (Network Function Virtualization) technology. Each wavelength division multiplexing loop is used for realizing optical transmission between the PON access module, base stations and big customers, and the central office. The base stations and the big customers are directly connected with the loop far end units. The ONUs are connected with fixed broadband users or base stations and RRUs of mobile broadband and access the fixed broadband users and the base stations and RRUs to the network. Optical transmission between the loop far end units and the ONUs is realized through the ODN. According to the architecture, the fixed broadband and mobile broadband fused sharing is realized in the network resource aspect; the low-cost and multi-access advantages of the PON technology are exerted fully; and the low-cost, high-capacity, high-sped and high- survivability transmission is realized.

By gathering openings formed on the plate-like thermoelectric power generating units (31), a first inflow channel (34) and a first outflow channel (35) for flowing in and out the high-temperature fluid (W) to and from the first spaces (32), and a second inflow channel and a second outflow channel for flowing in and out the low-temperature fluid (C) to and from the second space (33) are formed.
