The gas pipe 12 comprises a solenoid valve 22 that is controlled by a pressure sensor 24 to open at a preset upper value and to close at a preset lower value. The present invention provides a refrigerant recovery device that is cheap, compact and is portable and easy to operate for inexpensively recovering chlorofluorocarbons.

Corresponding to the structure, a control valve of a towed vehicle comprises a pressure stabilizing and regulating device and a boosting device. When the relay valve is arranged on the towing vehicle, normal regulation is performed on brake of the front steering axle, the output brake pressure is adjustable within the range from 0.10MPa to 0.80MPa, therefore, when the front steering axle performs brake, brake force is generated, and effective brake is performed on back slide. The brake distance of the whole vehicle is shortened by more than ten percent, the brake force is balanced, the vehicle slows down quickly, the traffic safety factor is increased, and accidents are reduced.
