anhydrous dyeing, and discloses a functional finishing and
dyeing one-step production process for textiles, which comprises the following steps: loading the textiles into a
dyeing kettle, loading dyes and functional finishing agents into a matching kettle; injecting CO2 into the matching kettle, the dyeing kettle and the corresponding connecting pipelines by using a
booster pump, and driving the CO2 to reciprocally circulate in the matching kettle, the dyeing kettle and the corresponding connecting pipelines by using a
circulating pump; when the dyeing working condition is reached, controlling the
circulating pump to continuously run for a set dyeing time; after the pressure relief of the current dyeing
system is completed, re-injecting CO2, driving the CO2 to reciprocally circulate in the matching kettle, the dyeing kettle and the corresponding connecting pipelines by using the
circulating pump, and realizing cleaning; after the cleaning is completed, opening a pressure
relief valve and a
recovery system to recover the CO2, and after the pressure relief is completed, opening the dyeing kettle to take out the dyed textiles. The present application has the following advantages: the process of post-setting padding is saved, the functional finishing effect of the functional finishing agent after finishing can be guaranteed, and the functional finishing agent is durable and wear-resistant.
