The invention relates to an acrylonitrile- butadiene- styrene ternary copolymer resin material (ABS) which has excellent resistance properties to sunlight and ageing. The components (weight percentage) are that: 100 percent of ABS, 0.1-5 percent of molecular sieve, 0.1-1.0 percent of antioxidant 168, 0.1-1.0 percent of antioxidant 245, 0.1-2.0 percent of ultraviolet absorber, 0.1-2.0 percent of free radical quencher, etc. The preparation method is that: the compound which comprises the addition agents of the ABA, the molecular sieve, the antioxidant 168, the antioxidant 245, the ultraviolet absorber, the free radical quencher, etc. is uniformly mixed by a high-speed mixer at a high speed and then melted and extruded out by a double screw extruder for granulation. The method has the advantages of simple preparation technology, low manufacturing cost, excellent physical and chemical combination properties of the materials, excellent resistance properties to sunlight and ageing, etc.
