The invention discloses a manufacturing method of a metal-directly-plated RFID (radio frequency identification) electronic tag antenna. The antenna is formed by sequentially arranging a pre-coating layer, an antenna pattern layer, a metal-directly-plated layer and a surface coating layer. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps of pre-coating a base material, designing the antenna, preparing a pattern anilox roller, printing an anilox roller pattern, directly plating metal in vacuum, coating a surface coating and the like. Due to the fact that the antenna is directly formed by melting and evaporating a metal raw material in vacuum at high temperature, and evaporating the metal raw material onto the base material according to the designed antenna pattern, and subsequent manufacturing steps such as aluminum washing or hot stamping are not required, the production process is simplified. The manufacturing method of the metal-directly-plated RFID electronic tag antenna is capable of reducing radio frequency antenna manufacturing cost, environment-friendly, simple in process and high in production efficiency, and the defects of high cost, environment pollution and the like of the current electronic tag antenna manufacturing method are overcome.

A wound-healing and hemostatic sponge of squid ink polysaccharide/chitosan, a preparation method and use thereof are provided. The sponge comprises squid ink polysaccharide and chitosan as carriers and calcium chloride as an initiator for blood coagulation, and the wound-healing and hemostatic sponge of squid ink polysaccharide/chitosan is achieved via a lyophilization technology. Particularly, the preparation method comprises slowly adding a squid ink polysaccharide solution to a chitosan solution to form a uniformly mixed solution, adding a calcium chloride solution to the uniformly mixed solution, forming a gel followed by the gel being frozen and then lyophilized, and achieving the product. The wound-healing and hemostatic sponge has a good absorbing-errhysis effect, a good pro-coagulant effect, fast hemostasis and a complete hemostatic effect, without secondary re-hemorrhage. Moreover, the wound-healing and hemostatic sponge can promote wound healing, re-epithelialization and repair of epidermis and dermis, with strong wound-healing ability, good biocompatibility, weak toxic side effects and irritation, belonging to a novel wound-healing and hemostatic material. Moreover, the preparation method is reliable, fast, and low cost.

Environment-friendly water-based nano color paste and preparation method thereof

The invention discloses environment-friendly water-based nano color paste. The color paste is prepared from, by weight, 28-30 parts of a dispersing agent, 1-4 parts of a sterilizing agent, 1-2 parts of a defoaming agent, 30-60 parts of water-based pigment, 1-3 parts of polyamide wax, and the balance of water. The invention further discloses a preparation method of the environment-friendly water-based nano color paste. The preparation method of the environment-friendly water-based nano color paste is characterized by comprising the following steps: (S1) coarsely grinding: adding the raw materials and water, mixing and stirring to obtain a mixed color paste, grinding the mixed color paste until the particle size of the mixed color paste is not greater than 3 [mu]m, washing with water accounting for 10-15% of the total amount of the water, uniformly stirring, and performing coarse filtration; (S2) finely grinding: continuously dispersing and grinding the mixed color paste subjected to coarse grinding, and stopping dispersing and grinding until the measured particle size distribution of the mixed color paste reaches the standard; and (S3) washing and stirring: adding residual water forwashing, and uniformly stirring to obtain the color paste. The color paste has the advantages of high stability, long shelf life and environmental friendliness.
