The invention provides a rapid
induction method for inserting an adventitious
bud on a bean halve
green leaf and belongs to the technical field of flower propagation. The rapid
induction method comprises the following steps: dipping
plant ash on a notch at the end of a bean halve
green leaf stalk and inserting the bean halve
green leaf stalk into
humus disinfected by KMO4; pulping rough stem
dryopteris erythrosora into juice and standing; taking liquid supernatant for later use; overlapping three to five
layers of medical gauzes; immersing the medical gauzes into the extracted rough stem
dryopteris erythrosora juice and paving the medical gauzes on the back face of a
cutting slip leaf; covering the leave by using a
plastic bag; controlling the
soil humidity, the
air humidity and the temperature to avoid rotting
cutting slips to promote callusogenesis; after
cutting for 10-15 days, removing the gauzes and the
plastic bag after a new root grows for 1cm on a cutting slip leaf stalk; and irrigating the soil at the root of the cutting slips by the prepared rough stem
dryopteris erythrosora juice every 3-5 days to improve the
soil humidity to 40%-60% and improve the temperature to be about 25 DEG C. According to the rapid
induction method, the problems that the
generation time of the adventitious
bud in the cuttage process of the bean halve green leaf is long and the quantity is small are solved; the cuttage efficiency of the bean halve green leaf and the quality of commercial flowers is improved.
