The application discloses a one-time pressing forming process of a multilayer
composite material containing a functional structure and relates to the technical field of plate
processing processes.The one-time pressing forming process comprises the following steps: S1, preparing a decorative layer, a
fiber resin layer and a functional layer, printing UV temperature-resistant ink on
kraft paper to obtain the decorative layer, and immersing
fiber cloth or
fiber silk in a resin solution to obtain the fiber resin layer; S2, laminating and flattening the decorative layer, the fiber resin layer and the functional layer, the fiber resin layer is symmetrically arranged on the two sides of the functional layer, the decorative layer is arranged on the side of the fiber resin layer away from the functional layer, at least one fiber resin layer is arranged between the decorative layer and the functional layer, and a laminated body is obtained; and S3, placing the laminated body in a mold, using a press to perform warm and pressurized forming, and allowing the resin solution to infiltrate to the surface of the
kraft paper through the pores of the
kraft paper, so that the decorative layer, the fiber resin layer and the functional layer form an integral whole. The process has the advantages of high
bonding strength, difficulty in peeling, good pattern effect and greatly reduced production cost.
