A method for fabrication of diffractive optics by batch processing is disclosed, having applicability to high resolution ultra-high aspect ratio Fresnel Zone Plates for focusing of X-rays or gamma-rays having energies up to hundreds of keV. An array of precursor forms is etched into a planar substrate. Sidewalls of the forms are smoothed to a required surface roughness. A sequence of alternating layers of different complex refractive index, for binary or higher order diffractive optics, are deposited on the precursor forms by atomic layer deposition (ALD), to provide diffractive line patterns. Thinnest layers may have nanometer thicknesses. After front surface planarization and thinning of the substrate to expose first and second surfaces of the diffractive line patterns of the diffractive optic, the height h in the propagation direction provides a designed absorption difference and / or phase shift difference between adjacent diffractive lines. Optionally, post-processing enhances mechanical, thermal, electrical and optical properties.

The invention provides a lubricating device with a warming function. A heat conduction piece is arranged between the lubricating device and a mobile piece. The heat conduction piece can absorb heat energy generated when the mobile piece moves, and conducts the heat energy to an oil storage tank of the lubricating device. Accordingly, the consistency of lubricating oil in the oil storage tank is lowered, and therefore an oil guide piece can generate a capillary phenomenon smoothly and the lubricating oil is guided to a lubricating piece which is used for lubricating a long shaft at the same time. The lubricating oil returns to a normal temperature and the generation of the capillary phenomenon is slowed down when the mobile piece does not move. Accordingly, the status of whether the lubricating oil is supplied or not can be changed without the need of other control pieces, and the phenomenon of oil leakage caused when the mobile piece does not act is avoided.

According to the preparation method, the curing agent with a hydrophobic chain segment is selected to be subjected to a curing reaction with epoxy resin, meanwhile, and the hydrophilic nanoparticles are bonded to obtain the underwater super-oleophobic coating within 20 min. The problems that existing underwater super-oleophobic coating is long inpreparation time, complex in preparation process and poor in chemical stability are solved.

Soil fertility is improved through organics in the river channel sediment; therefore, plant growth is benefited, and economic benefit is produced. Salts in the saline-alkaline land are absorbed through the growth of the halophytes so as to remediate thesaline-alkaline soil, so that river channel sediment is recycled and the natural environment is improved.
