reverse osmosis membrane preparation. The method comprises the following steps: (1) a first intermediate membrane is obtained by
casting a
polysulfone film solution on a non-
woven fabric layer and then solidifying; (2) the first intermediate membrane is immersed in an aliphatic biological amine solution, a first polyacyl
chloride solution is poured onto the surface of the
polysulfone porous layer, the membrane sheet is transferred to hot water to hydrolyze the
acyl chloride groups into carboxyl groups, and a second intermediate membrane with a first
polyamide layer is obtained; (3) the second intermediate membrane is immersed in a polybasic
aniline solution, a second polyacyl
chloride solution is poured onto the surface of the first
polyamide layer, heat treatment is carried out after a certain time of reaction, and finally hot water is used for cleaning, and the high
desalination reverse osmosis membrane is obtained. The application constructs a double-layer
polyamide reverse
osmosis membrane with gradient pore size and interfacial
interlocking through a two-step differential interface
polymerization process, has ultra-high
desalination rate, high water
permeation flux, excellent long-term stability and industrialization value, and is suitable for various
water treatment scenes.
