The invention relates to a production
system for a hollow alginate
capsule for a cigarette. The production
system comprises an emulsifying tank, a forming device, a separating device, a film forming device, a first
water washing device, a solidifying device, a second
water washing device and a
programmable logic controller (PLC), wherein the emulsifying tank is used for preparing a polyvalent
metal ion emulsion; the forming device is used for preparing the polyvalent
metal ion emulsion into
emulsion drops through a dropping method, and enabling the emulsion drops to contact a forming liquid and condensate, so that a primary
pill of the alginate
capsule is formed; the separating device is used for separating the primary
pill from the forming liquid; the film forming device is used for soaking the primary
pill in a film forming liquid for a first preset time; the first
water washing device is used for washing the primary pill after being soaked for the first preset time; the solidifying device is used for enabling the primary pill after being washed by water to contact a solidifying liquid for a second preset time; the second water washing device is used for washing the alginate
capsule; and the PLC is used for setting the first preset time and the second preset time, controlling the primary pill to be soaked in the film forming liquid for the first preset time, and controlling the primary pill to contact the solidifying liquid for the second preset time. The production
system can produce the alginate capsule with the radial size being 2.5mm-4.0mm.
