The invention relates to a novel
vulcanization pressurizing plate, a vulcanizer, a
rubber sheet for a
conveyor belt joint and a
conveyor belt connecting method. In order to solve the problems that in the existing
conveyor belt joint technology, pressure
intensity control is not precise, and a vulcanized rubber joint is low in strength and poor in quality, the invention provides a novel
vulcanization pressurizing plate. The novel
vulcanization pressurizing plate comprises a square pressurizing frame, a base plate, a stainless steel pressurizing inner container and a lifting plate, wherein the base plate is fixedly connected to the lower edge of the square pressurizing frame to form an open square pit; the stainless steel pressurizing inner container is arranged in the square pit; the lower surface of the lifting plate is pressed on the stainless steel pressurizing inner container; the lower edge of the periphery of the lifting plate is embedded in the square pit; the stainless steel pressurizing inner container is in a flat
square shape; the side wall of the stainless steel pressurizing inner container is further communicated with a pressurizing
pipe; and the outer end of the pressurizing
pipe penetrates through the square pressurizing frame and then is connected to a matched high-pressure pump through a valve. The novel vulcanization pressurizing plate, the vulcanizer, the
rubber sheet for the conveyor belt joint and the conveyor belt connecting method overcome the defects in the prior art, the rubber at the the conveyor belt joint is high in
hardness, high in tensile strength and very tough, and the service life of the conveyor belt is greatly prolonged. The novel vulcanization pressurizing plate, the vulcanizer, the
rubber sheet for the conveyor belt joint and the conveyor belt connecting method are widely applicable to various
coal mines.
