The invention relates to a method for solving the peeling-off phenomenon of oxidized scale during welding of a pickling plate for a compressor. Chemical components of a plate blank are optimized and controlled by a steelmaking process, and the chemical components of the plate blank are as follows based on percentage by mass: 0.045 to 0.075 percent of C, less than or equal to 0.08 percent of Si, 0.15 to 0.30 percent of Mn, less than or equal to 0.025 percent of P, less than or equal to 0.010 percent of S, 0.015 to 0.050 percent of Als, less than or equal to 0.020 percent of Nb, less than or equal to 0.020 percent of V, less than or equal to 0.020 percent of Ti and the balance of Fe; and the microstructure of the pickling plate is controlled by a hot rolling process, and the hot rolling process particularly comprises the steps of heating the plate blank, performing rough rolling, performing finish rolling, reeling and performing hot reeling to obtain a finished product, wherein the finished rolling process requires the final rolling temperature to be 890 to 910 DEG C, reeling is conducted when cooling is conducted to 680 to 700 DEG C at the cooling speed of 18 to 25 DEG C/s after finish rolling, and a laminar cooling mode adopts back segment cooling. By the method, good matching of the components, structure and forming property of the pickling plate finished product can be realized, flexible control on the oxidized scale structure in a heat affected zone is realized and the peeling-off phenomenon is avoided.
