forsythia, 6 parts of fried fructus aurantii, 3 parts of poria cocos, 3 parts of dried tangerine or orange peel and 3 parts of jujubes into decoction pieces, placing the decoction pieces into a
nonmetal decocting unit, adding the decoction pieces to soak to obtain soaked medicinal liquor; and (II), heating the soaked medicinal liquor obtained in the step (I) until boiling, keeping the micro-boiling state for 25-30 minutes, and separating out decocted liquor; adding water into the dredges of decoction to decoct, combining the decocted liquor after decocting for twice to three times, filtering or
