This invention discloses a V₂O₅-TiO₂ composite
honeycomb hollow sphere catalyst and its preparation method. The catalyst is a multilayered hollow sphere formed using V₂O₅-TiO₂
composite oxide as the matrix, wherein the
mass ratio of V₂O₅ to TiO₂ is 5:5 to 7:3; the outer
diameter of the multilayered hollow spheres is 5 to 20 mm, and the wall thickness is 2 to 12 mm; the sphere walls contain
honeycomb-like vertical pores with a pore size of 10 to 50 μm, and the pores account for 15 to 30% of the total sphere wall volume. The V₂O₅-TiO₂ composite
honeycomb hollow sphere catalyst of this invention exhibits superior
compressive strength and Cl₂ resistance. ‑ The activity
retention rate is also significantly reduced, and the
desorption temperature and
desorption time are also significantly reduced, which can greatly improve the
desorption efficiency of amine solution after absorbing saturated CO2.
