The invention discloses a preparation method of a composite polymeric fiber for high-shading-rate mesh cloth. The method includes: firstly, preparing titanium-zinc composite nano powder from titanium tetrachloride, zinc oxide, ammonium hydroxide and the like; secondly, subjecting to reaction with benzophenone tetracarboxylic acid dianhydride and chitosan derivatives to prepare a nano hydrophilic ultraviolet absorption additive; finally, subjecting to reaction with polyurethane, acrylonitrile and the like to obtain the composite polymeric fiber. In a preparation process, the hydrophilic performance of an ultraviolet absorbent is improved by nano modification, and blending with other raw materials in a subsequent polymeric fiber preparation process can be well realized. The composite polymeric fiber prepared according to the method has the great anti-ultraviolet performance, addition of other small molecular anti-ultraviolet absorbents is avoided when the composite polymeric fiber is used as a main preparation material of the shading mesh cloth, and a finished product is stable in chemical performance, high in shading rate, high in ultraviolet absorption performance and less prone to migration volatilization and has advantages of high tensile strength, aging resistance, corrosion resistance, radiation resistance, light weight and the like.

The invention relates to a hybrid cured light-induced blackened acrylate adhesive which means that a transparent adheisve becomes black under the ultraviolet irradiation by hybrid curing of free radical chain polymerization and positive ion stepwise polymerization. The hybrid cured light-induced blackened acrylate adhesive comprises in parts by mass: 100 parts of acrylic functional resin, 1 to 10parts of a free radical photoinitiator and 2 to 15 parts of a positive ion photoinitiator, wherein the acrylic functional resin means that one end of a molecular chain contains acryloyloxy and the other end of the molecular chain contains a non-hydrogenated pyrrole ring; and a synthesis method comprises the steps as follows: sequentially adding carboxyl pyrrole, epoxy acrylic monoester, a polymerization inhibitor and a catalyst into a reaction kettle and performing a heating reaction in the dry nitrogen atmosphere to reach a designed acid value so as to obtain the hybrid cured light-induced blackened acrylate adhesive. The hybrid cured light-induced blackened acrylate adhesive prepared by the invention is simple in preparation process, high in body strength and good in surface dryness after curing, can give consideration to both the curing thickness and the shading rate, and is more reliable in adhesive property and wider in application range.
