The invention discloses an antibacterial acaricidal printing base oil mother solution is prepared from the following components in percentage by mass: 25-35% of polyurethane solution, 10-15% of sterile deionized water, 20-25% of clove, 20-30% of metronidazole, 10-15% of ethanol and 0.1-2% of defoaming agent. The fineness of each component is less than 100nm. The antibacterial acaricidal printing base oil mother solution can have favorable compatibility with most commercially available water-based gloss oils. The invention also discloses an antibacterial acaricidal printing base oil which is prepared from the following components in percentage by mass: 25-35% of mother solution and 65-75% of commercially available water-based gloss oil. The antibacterial acaricidal printing base oil has favorable antibacterial acaricidal effects. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the antibacterial acaricidal printing base oil, which has the advantages of low cost, simple technique and wide application range and is easy to operate and implement.
